VALLEY - Project of 7 new houses in Schoenfels / Mersch
The residential project VALLEY consists of 7 single-family houses in a quiet street in the picturesque village of Schoenfels.
The future homes, designed by the architectural firm N-LAB and built by MAJERUS GEIMER CONSTRUCTIONS, offer pleasant living spaces that are perfectly suited to the needs of modern families.
For the construction, the development company IRONWOOD decided to use ecologically responsible materials such as \"Poroton\" bricks, which are made of clay and do not require additional external thermal insulation, or a timber roof structure with natural slate roofing and eco-friendly cellulose fiber insulation \"Steicofloc\". All houses will be equipped with a heat pump.
The \"Valley\" Project foresees 7 houses to be built in 2 stages:
1st stage:
4 semi-detached houses with a surface between 236sqm and 263sqm, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace(s) and garden.
2nd stage:
3 terraced houses with an area between 167sqm and 236sqm, 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, terrace and garden.
Delivery planned for the end of 2024.
