Our new residential project „Résidence Belle-Vue“ is located on the periphery of the city of Ettelbrück and comprises a total of 12 apartments. The architecture of the building harmoniously combines aesthetics and functionality. As the name indicates, special attention is given to the magnificent view of the surrounding nature. The integration of large windows and terraces not only allows plenty of daylight into the space, but also creates a continuous connection between inside and outside. The panoramic view becomes an integral part of the living space. Kitchens and bathrooms are equipped with modern technology and stylish fittings. Each apartment offers a superior and comfortable living experience, thanks to an optimal room layout and the choice of high-quality materials. Nature: The city of Ettelbrück is surrounded by vast landscapes and green valleys criss-crossed by hiking and cycling trails. These paths lead along the banks of the Alzette and Sûre rivers all the way to the town where both rivers merge. This rich offer of outdoor experiences makes Ettelbrück an ideal location for nature lovers and gives this place an additional charm. Culture: Culture lovers will also find plenty on offer in Ettelbrück. Places such as the CAPE (Centre des Arts Pluriels) or the Musée General Patton offer a large number of events such as theater performances and concerts and provide an overview of the town‘s history. A remarkable building and landmark of the town is the church of St. Sebastian. Community: The town of Ettelbruck has more than 230 clubs and associations and offers many sports and leisure activities (e.g. local music groups) within the public associations, which are significant at national and international level. Quality of life: Ettelbruck is the commercial and capital city in the north of Luxembourg and has an excellent infrastructure. In addition to several educational institutions, a hospital and public transport links, the town offers an attractive pedestrian zone with modern stores and local products as well as many restaurants.
