  • Complete renovation of the bathroom / toilet, including a new shower, bath, sinks and furniture and the change of all tiles on the floor and the walls. All bathroom furniture and sanitary are Villeroy & Boch. The toilets (brand TOTO) were also replaced, including the flush units in the wall (brand Geberit).

In addition, the installation of new hedges around the terrace, for additional greenery, was done in October 2024 (see on the photos), and the replacement of the entrance door to a more modern one will be done in November 2024. Only adding the lamps is to be done, in the desired style.

Two indoor parking spaces and a cellar complement the offer, included in the price.

The energy performance of the apartment is rated E.

All the important amenities are in a very short walking distance (less than 2 minutes), including the Belle Etoile Shopping Centre with a large Cactus grocery shop, a very nice park / playground, and bus stop towards the city centre and many other directions. The European School in Mamer is also only 2 km (~5 minutes with car).

Several other facilities of Strassen and Bertrange are also nearby, including shops, restaurants, the Les Thermes ‘water park’, the City Concorde shopping mall, pharmacies, hairdressers, and several facilities for kids (i.e., creches or indoor playground). The Centre Hospitalier de Luxembourg is also very close, including a non-stop children’s clinic.

Overall, the apartment provides a very comfortable living and space with all required facilities in a short reach, still in a calm area, safe for kids or walking with pets.
