This is a 3-sided free-standing building probably built in the 1950s, in natural stone or similar.
Slabs and staircases are in concrete, with the exception of a retractable staircase to access the unfinished attic. The roof features an uninsulated wooden framework with slate roofing. Tinsmithing is in zinc.
The facades are rendered and painted. The window benches are probably made of natural stone and painted. The exterior window is wood with double glazing.
The entrance door is PVC and appears to have been recently installed. Manually-operated PVC roller shutters are installed.
Heating is provided by a natural gas-fired condensing boiler. Heat is distributed to the various rooms via radiators. Domestic hot water production appears to be incorporated into the boiler.
