This concept is very interesting! Why?
No need to worry about bed linen or bathroom linen. Dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils... it's all there.
No need to queue up with the authorities for water and electricity meters, or with providers for TV and Internet subscriptions.
No nasty surprises at the end of the lease! No late billing. You know right from the start how much your rental will cost.
The apartment is very pleasant to live in. Pleasant atmosphere guaranteed!
Ideal for one person or a couple.
This apartment, located in a quiet residential area very close to Luxembourg city center, will be appreciated by people looking for peace and quiet without being far from all the amenities of the city center, just 2 steps away.
There is no private parking space for your car, but plenty of paid parking spaces are available in front of the building and on the street.
