- Monthly rent: €8/m2 excluding VAT
- Common charges 1€/m2/month (accounting at the end of the year)
- Lease contract from year to year, or directly for 3 fixed years.
- Deposit equivalent to 3 months' rent for a 1-year lease, or 6 months' rent for a 3-year fixed lease.

Agency commission payable by the lessee (tenant) equivalent to one month's rent + VAT
